Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Community Manager is a role for someone who is energetic and can spring into action when needed. Your role will focus on event planning and management for the students and their families. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience as a host of events and can liven up a crowd!

About the school 
  • Type of school: Private English Language Training Center 
  • Current openings in: Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing
  • Start date: Start dates available every month
  • Schedule: Evenings & Weekends
  • Age of students: 17-65 
About the contract 
  • Contract: 12 months
  • Salary: 18,000 RMB/month (Beijing, Guangzhou, and Foshan candidates are eligible for an additional 3,000 RMB per month)
  • Bonus: up to 2,000 RMB during high season months
  • Monthly housing allowance, flight allowance, and sign on bonus available in select cities
  • 100% of Z visa and work permit costs are covered
  • Full coverage medical insurance
  • 11 days of Chinese national holiday and 10 days of paid leave
  • Teachers are put up in a hotel for up to 10 days fully paid upon arrival
  • Mandarin Chinese lessons for beginners
About you 
  • Degree: Bachelors degree or above
  • Experience: At least 2 years management experience
  • Teaching certification: TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/State teaching license/PGCE 
  • Nationality: No nationality requirement; however English must be on a native level
  • Strong leadership capability and communication skills
  • Able to working flexible schedule
