About the contract

• M-F; 40 hours per week
  
• Average class size: 20 students
  
• Teachings must be involved with an after-school activity (1 hour)
  
• 2-year contract
  
• Location: Wuxi
  

Compensation and Benefits 

• Competitive Salary---depending on experience and qualifications 
  
• Housing:Single teachers 4,000RMB/monthly housing stipend; teaching spouses 6,000RMB/monthly housing stipend
  
• Housing Assistance:School will help in locating suitable accommodation
  
• Flight Reimbursement: Up to 10,000RMB for airfare reimbursement and up to 20,000RMB airfare reimbursement for teaching couples.

• Reimbursed Settling Allowance: 7,000RMB for teachers outside of China/ 3,500RMB for teachers located in China

Requirements: 

• Native English Speaker
  
• Minimum of bachelor’s in education, master’s in education strongly preferred
  
• Teaching License from your home country
  
• 5+ years relevant teaching experience
  
• IB experience required
  
• Age required: 23 - 58 
  
• Good Communication skills and team player
  
• Self-Motivated and well organized
  
• Previous working experience in Asia will be an advantage
  
• Willing to commit to a 2-year contract
